Yes! For emergency situations and within our regular service area, we often can provide same-day or next-day service. This depends on truck availability in your area. Call us directly to check availability for your specific needs.
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). For commercial accounts, we also offer NET30 invoicing options upon credit approval. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless other arrangements have been made.
Contact our office at (505) 634-2510 to request a schedule change. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs, though schedule changes may be subject to routing availability in your area.
If you forgot to put your container out, call us and we'll try to come back that same day if we're still in your area. Otherwise, we'll collect it on the next business day at no extra charge. Please note that missed pickups due to inaccessible containers may result in additional charges.
Residential Services
Questions About Home Pickup
Common questions about our residential garbage collection services.
Please have your container at the curb by 7:00 AM on your pickup day. We'll typically arrive between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. You can bring the container back in after we've collected it.
All residential customers receive a 96-gallon wheeled container. This size is suitable for most households. If you need an additional container, we can provide one for an additional monthly fee.
Absolutely! Just give us a call or request an extra pickup online. There may be a small fee depending on the volume, but we're happy to accommodate your needs for those occasional extra-cleanout weeks.
If a holiday falls on your pickup day, we'll collect your trash either the day before or the day after. We'll notify you in advance of any schedule changes due to holidays. Major holidays include Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day.
The following items cannot be placed in your residential container: hazardous waste, toxic materials, asbestos, batteries, electronics, paints, solvents, medical waste, motor oil, and tires. These items require special disposal methods. If you have questions about a specific item, please call us.

We offer three sizes for commercial use: 2-yard (small offices and retail), 4-yard (restaurants and mid-size businesses), and 6-yard (high-volume restaurants and facilities). We'll help you choose the right size based on your waste volume.
We offer flexible pickup schedules including daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly collection. Most businesses do well with weekly pickup, but we can customize a schedule based on your specific volume and needs.
Yes! We work with businesses that have multiple locations throughout San Juan County. We can provide consolidated billing and coordinated service across all your locations. Contact us for a custom commercial quote.
Commercial accounts can pay via credit card, check, or wire transfer. For established businesses, we also offer NET30 invoicing (payment due within 30 days of invoice). Credit approval is required for NET30 terms.

Transparency in pricing is our priority.
No. Our quotes are upfront and include all standard charges. The only potential additional costs would be for overweight containers (on construction dumpsters), after-hours service, or excessive volume beyond what was quoted. We'll always notify you before any extra charges are applied.
Yes! We offer volume pricing for contractors who use our services regularly. If you manage multiple job sites or need consistent container service, contact us to discuss contractor pricing options.
For residential service, you can cancel at any time with 30 days notice. For commercial accounts, cancellation requires 60 days written notice. Construction containers can be cancelled at any time with no penalty as long as the container is ready for pickup.
