Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Transit Waste Hauling's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Service Description

Transit Waste Hauling provides garbage removal and waste management services including residential pickup, commercial dumpster rentals, construction debris removal, and roll-off container services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Scheduled pickups are subject to availability. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or schedule changes. Late cancellations may incur a fee. We strive to maintain consistent pickup times but cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to traffic and operational conditions.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change with notice. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned payments are subject to additional fees.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Ensuring containers are accessible on pickup day
• Not placing prohibited materials in containers
• Maintaining containers in sanitary condition
• Reporting missed pickups within 24 hours

Prohibited Materials

The following materials are not accepted and must not be placed in our containers: hazardous waste, toxic materials, asbestos, batteries, electronics, paints, solvents, and medical waste. Additional fees may apply for improper disposal.

Limitation of Liability

Transit Waste Hauling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the services in question.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
