Residential Pickup FAQ

We'll assign you a consistent pickup day based on your location. You'll receive confirmation of your pickup day when you sign up. Most neighborhoods have pickup on the same day each week.
Please have your container at the curb by 7:00 AM on your pickup day. We'll typically arrive between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. You can bring the container back in after we've collected it.
Absolutely! Just give us a call or request an extra pickup online. There may be a small fee depending on the volume, but we're happy to accommodate your needs.
If you forgot to put your container out, call us and we'll try to come back that same day if we're still in your area. Otherwise, we'll collect it on the next business day at no extra charge.
